Payment Options

• Cheques/ DD - Payable at Par - If you have chosen this payment option then please print out the order form, which you receive at the last step of placing an order, with the complete details and send it along with the cheque in favour of ‘http://www.beaelectronics.com’. Kindly note that, as per RBI guidelines, we can only accept MICR coded cheques.

• Cash Before Delivery - Store Cash is an advance payment option which is applicable only for those customers who have placed an order for an article at our Store. This is like paying at any store through credit, debit Card or Cash. The orders would be shipped as per the shipping policy.

• Internet Banking - Internet Banking payments are processed through an online payment system provided by respective banks. You need not worry about your Internet Banking user information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the Internet banking transaction directly without any information passing through us. Once you are directed to your bank’s website, you have to authorize the transaction using your Login Id & Password. (Provided by your respective bank)

Shipping Policy

We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on time Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• We make our best efforts to ship your order within 5 working days. However in some cases, it takes around 7-10 working days.
• We ship the order everyday i.e. Monday to Saturday except Sunday & Public Holidays.
• Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
• While we shall Endeavour to ship all items of your order together, there may not be possible always due to product characteristics and or availability.

Claim Policy

BEA Electronics products are manufactured with the utmost care and stringent quality control is always maintained. However, despite this high quality assurance, there can be few gaps among the millions we manufacture.
In case you find a manufacturing defect in the product purchased, kindly contact Customer Care. Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects. All minor gaps can be considered / omitted without any replacement.
